In this episode, I unbox packages from Taobao that has been sitting on my desk for over a month.
Taobao is a Chinese e-commerce site, similar to Amazon, Lazada, or Shopee. There are many items, especially Chinese manufactured products, that are simply not available in Lazada or Shopee. In addition, most Chinese products listed in Lazada and Shopee are priced more expensive than buying directly from Taobao itself (including shipping).
I bought a couple of items, namely Pixco M42 – EF adapter, generic M42 – EF adapter (similar quality to Pixco), battery holder pouch (alternative to Think Tank), lens pouch and belt (alternative to Lowepro), 30cm slider, round filter pouch, large size lighting bag, and a FD – MFT speed booster.
