ASMR ahead. My first time disassembling a vintage lens, or any lens for that matter. The Helios is already in good condition, except for the focusing which I found to be quite stiff in certain part. Turns out that the grease has already dried up almost completely. Optics are in very good condition without any fungus, except for a few specs of dusts and dots.
I gave the optics some light cleaning. Removed the old grease and reapplied a new layer of helicoid grease.
However I find that most Russian lenses comes with micro scratches on the optics?
