This Indonesian UNESCO Geopark is trashed!

It breaks my heart to make a video like this, but pollution is a real problem and everyone should be educated to recycle, reuse, and ultimately refuse any single use materials (that includes common stuff like straws, disposable cups, plastic bottles, etc)

I visited this Indonesian UNESCO geopark back in July 2019.

Being in a UNESCO designated geopark, I didn’t expect this amount of waste pollution. This was evident as the beach was polluted with fragmented styrofoams. The other areas of the geopark is also polluted with plastic wastes ranging from beverage bottle, plastic wrapper, tissue paper, cigarette box, among other stuff.

I published this video in hope to educate and raise awareness of a real, serious situation.
